What you give us in our forms (name, company, email, phone and your message), the country you select, and visit data (landing page and campaign source, such as utm_source). If you accept measurement cookies, also technical browsing data used by Meta, Google and LinkedIn to measure our ads.
If you become a customer, we also process data from your Microsoft 365 tenant: user names, email addresses, licences, administrative roles and whether multi-factor authentication is enabled. We do not take custody of physical equipment in the United States.
We do not read the contents of your email, files or conversations.
To answer your enquiry, prepare quotes, deliver and support the service you buy, bill it, and — if you opt in — send you information about our services.
Providers that help us operate, for those purposes only and under confidentiality: operational data on Supabase, mailbox backups on Cove by N-able, and payments through Stripe. Your card number never passes through our systems: Stripe returns only a token.
For as long as the relationship lasts and for the period required by legal, accounting and tax obligations. Enquiries that do not progress are deleted or anonymised after 24 months.
