These terms govern the use of https://lordsofit.com and the purchase of Lords of IT services in the United States, provided by APPCODERS, LLC.
Microsoft 365 Secure is a fixed security architecture implemented and managed by us on the Microsoft 365 tenant you already own, with backup and a dedicated cloud helpdesk. The same standard applies to every client; there are no optional layers.
It is a monthly subscription, billed per user in advance. Prices may change; the price in effect at the time of purchase applies. Payments are handled by our payment provider; we do not store card details. Applicable taxes are shown on the invoice.
You keep ownership of your Microsoft 365 tenant. You grant us the administrative access needed to deliver the service, and you can revoke it yourself at any time from your own console. Access credentials are stored encrypted and used only for the contracted service.
We are responsible for the configuration we implement and the work we perform. We are not responsible for outages or failures of third-party platforms (Microsoft, Google and others), nor for data you have not allowed us to back up.
Our total liability for the service is limited to the amount paid for it. We are not liable for indirect damages. PENDING LEGAL REVIEW: any further limitation, warranty disclaimer and indemnity language
Subscriptions can be cancelled with 30 days’ notice. Work already performed is billed.
Anything built specifically for you is yours once paid for. Our own tooling, templates and components remain ours, licensed to you for use.
